DuBarry Was A Lady
DuBARRY WAS A LADY. Original vintage 8x10 glossy black and white still from the 1943 musical romp, signed in later years by co-stars Lucille Ball and Red Skelton, with Ball inscribing in blue felt tip ink, "For John/Love/Lucy,", and Skelton penning in black felt tip ink, "My thanks/Red Skelton." Fine condition, with mild border creasing and scattered light handling bends that do not substantially detract from overall appearance. Ball's signature, a shade light, is nonetheless substantially easier to see on the actual photograph than it appears in the accompanying scan. A unique signature pairing from two of America's greatest screen clowns.
