This signature was part of the John Verzi collection but is one of the autographs that he obtained from another collector. Following stage experience, character actress Nana Bryant made her film debut in 1935, beginning a two-decade screen and television career that included nearly 100 films. She was usually cast as a well-bred matron, motherly or bitchy as the occasion demanded.
