Bold signature in blue fountain pen on a clipped yellow album page which has been affixed to a 6×4 yellow index card with a small magazine photograph glued to the top right corner. Condition as shown, with an inscription that has been partially trimmed away. This signature was part of the John Verzi collection but is one of the autographs that he obtained from another collector. The handsome, rugged French actor was a wildly popular leading man throughout the 1950s whose career was cut short by a fatal heart attack in 1959 at the age of 40. Although the format of this autograph is not ideal, his is a rather uncommon signature.
