FRANCOISE ROSAY. Uncommon vintage 3.5 x 5.5 glossy black and white bust portrait of the sophisticated French leading lady, boldly signed and inscribed in blue fountain pen, “To Judd Braef/Sincerely/F. Rosay.” Very fine condition. Francoise Rosay’s film career spanned 61 years. While she made occasional Hollywood appearances, her most notable work was in her native France, where she appeared in such screen classics as Carnival in Flanders (1935), under the direction of her husband, Jacques Feyder), and Drole de drame (1939), directed by Marcel Carne.
