Vintage 1950s 8×10 glossy black and white chest-up studio portrait, boldly signed and inscribed in blue fountain pen, “To Rex Beasley/Best Wishes/Eddie Albert.”  Fine condition, with corner pin holes and mild creasing in the borders.  Still performing past age 90, Eddie Albert’s career spanned six decades. Best remembered today as the star of the long-running television comedy, “Green Acres,” he appeared in nearly 200 films and television series, garnering Oscar nominations for his performances in Roman Holiday (1954) and The Heartbreak Kid (1973).
