Vintage 7.2 x 9.7 double-weight semi-glossy black and white bust studio portrait, boldly signed in red fountain pen, “Best wishes/Benita Hume.”  Fine condition, with scattered mild handling bends, including several small bends in the facial area, noticeable but only very slightly detracting from overall appearance.  The actress, who was the long-time wife of Ronald Colman, was frequently cast as a well-bred society lady.  In later years, she retired from acting to become a well-bred society lady.
