Glossy black and white 8×10 chest-up studio portrait, boldly signed in black felt tip ink, “Sincerely/Arthur Kennedy.”  Fine condition, with mild bends to three corner tips; and his surname penned against the dark fabric of his jacket — completely readable on the actual photograph although difficult to see in the accompanying scan.  During Kennedy’s distinguished film, television, and stage career, he garnered five Oscar niminations, including for performances in such films as Champion (1949), Bright Victory (1951), and Some Came Running (1958).
