Vintage signature and inscription, “To Giovanni/Alberto Sordi,” in green fountain pen on a 6×4 white index card.  Very fine condition, with a small magazine photograph affixed at the top right corner.  A pencil notation on the reverse side indicates that this autograph was obtained in person in June 1965.  John Verzi collection.  Over the span of his six-decade film career, Alberto Sordi appeared in 150 films, often cast as a kind of Italian everyman and frequently satirizing the worst aspects of Italian manhood.
