Impressive vintage 8x10 matte finish silver tone head and shoulders portrait, effusively signed and inscribed in black fountain pen, "To/Margaret/Whos [sic] Father I/admire very/much as he is/father of a fine/girl who will one/day be a fine lady/I hope/Tom Mix." Fine condition, with mild waviness along the top edge; two small scratches on his right shoulder; and portions of the inscription and signature penned over the dark fabric of his shirt, although readable.
