PAUL FIX. Glossy 8x10 black and white chest-up portrait of the durable character actor, boldly signed in later years in fine-point black ink with his name alone. Fine condition, with three tiny nicks in the left border, a result of prior storage in a ring binder, and the name "Ira" very faintly penned in another hand in the bottom border. In a career that spanned over five decades, Paul Fix appeared in well over 300 films and television series, becoming best known for his recurring role as Marshal Micah Torrance on "The Rifleman," which he played in 146 episodes between 1958-63. Signed photographs are rather uncommon.
