JANET GAYNOR (2). Vintage 7-5/8 x 9-1/2 single-weight matte finish sepia tone portrait, boldly signed and inscribed in black fountain pen, "To/La Nacion/Greetings and good cheer!/Janet Gaynor/1928." Very good condition, with slight trimming; creasing along the top and right edges; a paper clip impression above her hair at the top right; several stray ink marks in the background; and two small but noticeable creases in the background. Many of the more objectionable flaws are confined to the edges and could easily be matted out. Uncommon this early.
