Half-length matte finish silver tone portrait, about 4 x 5.75, of the composer studying a manuscript, boldly signed in green fountain pen ink along the lower edge, with an inscription added in black fountain pen, "To/Jamie/Chal-/iff/My/Best Wishes." The signature is bold, the inscription a shade light, but readable. Fine condition, with a few spots of adhesive residue at the bottom edge, touching two letters of the signature but completely invisible when the image is viewed head on.
