DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER. Impressive 8x10 double-weight semi-glossy half-length portrait in his five-star general's uniform, boldly inscribed in blue fountain pen, "To The Red Cross/Dwight D. Eisenhower." Fine condition, with slight edge wear; bends in the upper and lower right corners, the latter very slightly impinging on the image; and paper clip impressions at the upper left and upper right, the latter exhibiting some rust staining in the border area. The flaws in the image could for the most part be eliminated with matting. A date stamp of 13 Feb 1945 appears on the reverse side.
