No year indicated, but accompanied by the original mailing envelope (addressed in another hand), with date stamp of 1938. Excellent, unique content dating from the earliest days of the painter's career. In part: "...was tired the
night that you were here and could not think fast. But have been thinking sence [sic] if you or Dr. Kallir realy [sic] wants some more of my paintings for a exibet [sic], I could paint two or three large ones like those that I'm doing for my children...If those would swite [sic] I would do them on hard board and fram [sic] them and ship them to you...Good luck and best wishes/Grandma Moses."
